Leap Ahead Coaching

Comeback Coaching

Business Ethos Coaching
Business Ethos Coaching addresses major business concerns such as: Environmental Business Strategies; Family Business Succession; Corporate Responsibility; Ethics; and, Globalization. This coaching is offered to: C-Suite executives; governing board members; both group's immediate work support systems; and, their closely involved family members.
A specific example of Business Ethos is Coaching is called BeinGreen©. This coaching helps top business leaders form their own thoughts and plans to deal with this major and rapidly developing aspect of the modern workplace. In the coaching tradition, a one-to-one, confidential and non-judgmental relationship with me as the coach allows for the business leader’s full examination and expressions of the their thoughts and feelings about this huge topic. The leader’s decisions made in the coaching process will lead to sound and productive results for the leader, share-holders, employees, customers, public and the natural environment. Small Group Coaching
Group coaching dynamics require that special attention be paid to issues of confidentiality and willingness to respect the integrity and dreams of the other group members. Once trust levels have been discussed and determined, significant "buddy support" systems are developed which can last far beyond the final group meeting if the participants desire.
Some individuals and organizations prefer the shared experiences, support and cost savings of the process of Small Group Coaching. Group Coaching can be a supplement with Individual Coaching in some situations. Focused group energy results in enhanced creativity, interactive human support and measurable action plans in a relaxed and fun setting.
