Leap Ahead Coaching Program Service Descriptions

Zenith - Top Star
This 12-session Program offers:
Two 1.5-hour initial face-to-face sessions, followed by 8-telephonic .5 to 1.5 hour sessions and concluding with two 1.5 hour face-to-face sessions. Up to 10 scheduled brief support phone sessions with e-mail support. Telephonic sessions can be changed to face-to-face sessions at an adjusted investment schedule. Constellation - Coordinated Paths
The same features as the Zenith program with five 360-degree interviews and summery report for client. Investment of $4400*.

Galaxy - Grand Plan
The same services as Constellation with three additional 1 to 1.5 hour sessions with the client's direct report leadership system involved. This is for clarifying and articulating corporate/organizational support for client’s successful fulfillment of their own and the organization's vision. This could be used when a valued high-level employee is having work difficulties, or is being groomed for new responsibilities. Investment of $5200*. SEE: Creative Fee Solutions Page.

SMART Goals Brief Coaching
This is for the individual who is making progress toward their larger goals and want to focus on a particular opportunity, desire and/or issue. The goal is to develop workable plans of action to reach your specific goals. These action packed sessions use the concepts of developing and putting into active practice SMART Goals: Specific ~ Measurable ~ Achievable ~ Reasonable ~ Timetabled goals. These 5 sessions are .05 to 1.5 hours in duration. They happen over a 3 to 6 week period of time. Sessions are telephonic, although a face-to-face quote is available. Explore, connect, achieve and celebrate! That is what can happen in the supportive presence of other participants working on their action plans to live their dreams. That is what Confluence Group Coaching is all about.

Some individuals and organizations prefer the shared experiences, support and cost savings of the process of Confluence Creative Group Coaching. This can be an adjunct with, or supplement for individual coaching. Focused group energy results in a positive synergy, active support and measurable action plans in a relaxed and fun setting.

Group coaching dynamics require that special attention be paid to issues of confidentiality and willingness to respect the integrity and dreams of the other group members. Once trust levels have been discussed and determined, significant "buddy support" systems are developed which can endure far beyond the last group meeting if the participants desire.

Treasure Hunt is a good example of a Group Coaching Program:

Treasure Hunt - Finding Inner Abundance
This Small Group Coaching event for artist and creative individuals/organizations offers 12 face-to-face hours of structured activities. They occur in a group setting of 8-10 participants meeting 4 times for 3 hours each, over a 7 weeks. Additionally, in 2 one hour facilitated sessions each participant will develop a peer "buddy system" for support and accountability agreements.
