About Boyd and His Company

Let me introduce myself.
After military service and graduate school I was employed by various human service organization. In the mid 1970s I developed my Employee Assistance Program/Consultation business to contract with all types and sizes of workplaces. The range was form General Motors plants to hospitals to federal civilian military bases. Specific contracted employee size ranged from 50 to 6,000 employees - plus their family members.

My business provided direct services to their employees and family members. This gave me the experience of working with many creative business leaders as they struggled with the day-in-day-out aspects of their employees, customers and stock/stake holder’s problems, opportunities and dreams. Coaching and consultation opportunities were abundant.

In addition to learning from serving other businesses, I gained significant experience in my role as a small business owner. I sold that business, dealt with the difficulties and rewards of bilateral hip replacement and, once again well, began my new coaching and consultation business.

My greatest and most satisfying life experience has been the undying support of my wife Sally. I have been nurtured as a human being through her love and simple goodness. We count our blessings, chief of which are our children, grandchildren and our extended family.
